If there's paradise on earth it's probably somewhere in the Caribbean - We definitely found ours in Bimini on the Bahamas as we flew in from Miami with a sea plane! We spent the first night of our stay at Resort World Bimini relaxed having cocktails on the rooftop, taking in the Caribbean breeze. The next day we went on a bike tour, miles along the stunning coastline of the island.
Our third day we took a boat trip and in the midst of clear turquoise waters we dared to swim with sharks stopped at the shipwreck of the SS Sapona, a WWII ship that wrecked during a hurricane in 1926!
I was definitely nervous at first but the peacefulness of the hidden, secluded beaches of the island will make you forget about anything else!
